Over the past year, Airtel has made significant strides in the 5G landscape, setting up India's first private 5G network at the BOSCH facility and partnering with Mahindra & Mahindra to transform its Chakan manufacturing unit into India's first 5G-enabled auto manufacturing facility. Airtel's entry into wireless home Wi-Fi services with Airtel Xstream Air Fiber, powered by Airtel 5G Plus, underscores its commitment to expanding and harnessing the potential of its 5G service. This achievement follows Airtel's recent launch of its Airtel Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), an omni-channel cloud platform for enterprise contact center solutions, providing accessible and cost-effective contact center solutions for businesses.
