Aurionpro acquires Omnifin for comprehensive lending solutions

Aurionpro, a leader in lending solutions, has announced its strategic acquisition of Omnifin, a comprehensive loan management system that caters to over 45 banks and financial institutions in the Indian market. This acquisition aligns with Aurionpro's goal of enhancing its lending solutions.

Aurionpro has purchased the complete business, including all assets and liabilities, intellectual properties, and the transfer of over 150 employees from A S Software Services Pvt. Ltd., a NOIDA-based company in India. The transaction, governed by the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA), has a total value of approximately INR 82 Crores, payable in cash.

Abhijit Mittra, CEO and Managing Director of A S Software Services Private Limited, expressed excitement about joining the Aurionpro family. He sees great potential in leveraging Aurionpro's market presence and capabilities to expand their reach in the growing market.

Ashish Rai, Vice Chairman of Aurionpro, believes that this acquisition significantly enhances their lending solutions portfolio. He expressed confidence in the synergy between Aurionpro's industry-leading position in Asia and Omnifin's advanced product suite, seeing it as a win-win opportunity. The focus will be on scaling the business both in India and international markets, harnessing the strengths of both companies.
