Bajaj Electricals bags Rs 347.3 crore Power Grid project
After receiving a contract worth Rs 347.29 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India, the company's shares of Bajaj Electricals increased by almost one percent in early trading on October 18.
Power Grid has given the business a contract to offer services for and on behalf of its project-specific gearbox firm.
A 109 km long 765kV transmission line was part of the project in Bhadla, Rajasthan. Within 15 months of the NOA/LOA's issuance, it must be finished.
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited awarded the company a contract for the supply of services on October 13 for and on behalf of their SPV M/s Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission.
A 400kV New Transmission Line - 83.12km and a 400kV New Transmission Line - 183km in Ananthapur and Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, are included in the work order's scope. The aforementioned contract, worth Rs 564.20 crore, must be completed in 21 months from the day that each NOA/LOA was issued.
