Bani Varma assumes role of Director at BHEL

Effective from October 9, Bani Varma has been appointed as the Director (Industrial Systems and Products) of BHEL. Prior to this role, she spearheaded BHEL's transportation business division and was responsible for the electronics division production facility in Bangalore.

With over 26 years of marketing expertise in the Indian capital goods industry, predominantly in the domains of Captive Power and Industrial machinery segments, Varma has contributed significantly to the field. Presently, she serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director.

Varma holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering. Her association with BHEL dates back to 1990, showcasing her deep-rooted experience and commitment to the organization's mission and vision.
