Bank of Baroda to raise Rs 10,000 crore for financing of infra, housing projects

Bank of Baroda on Wednesday has approved the fund raising proposal of Rs 10,000 crore. 

 

As per the filing, the Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda in its meeting held on Wednesday has approved the proposal of raising long term bonds for financing of infrastructure and affordable housing aggregating to a total size up to Rs 10,000 crore, in single or multiple tranches during FY2023-24 and beyond, if found expedient, the company said to the exchanges.

 

On Thursday at around 9:55 AM, shares of Bank of Baroda were trading in the green by 0.84% at Rs 208.95 per share on the BSE.
