BCPL Railway Infra bags new project in Indian Railways; Stock up 2.5%
BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited has received an Electrification project from Eastern Railway, Electrical Division, Sealdah.
According to the regulatory filing, this order has been received for the work of "25 KV PSI and allied electrical works in connection with "Sonarpur-Lakshmikantapur-Rehabilitation of Control & Relay Panels with provision of latest numerical type Relays of Sealdah South Section”, the company said.
The total project cost comprises of ₹1.60cr and it is expected to be executed over a period of 12 months, BCPL Railway added.
Commenting on the same, Aparesh Nandi, Chairman said, "We at BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited are pleased to inform our stakeholders on our recent order intake under Eastern Railway.
The value of this order is ₹1.606cr and we are quite optimistic about the pipeline of orders in the coming months and in near future also.”
“Further works relating to Provision of 132/27 KV Standby Power Transformer, Single Phase at NMX TSS and GOGH TSS of Alipurduar Division under North Frontier Railway comprising of order value of ₹9.234cr is being commenced and is expected to be executed over a period of 12 months”, he further added.
On Tuesday morning trade, shares of BCPL Railway were trading at ₹65.40 per share higher by 2.51% on the BSE.
