Bharat Forge's defence subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd, has received two orders for export of Rs 850 crore

“Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, a wholly owned defence subsidiary of Bharat Forge, has bagged two export orders aggregating to €93.87 million (approximately Rs 850 crore) from friendly countries for supply of components and armoured vehicle chassis to be executed over 18 months,” the company said in an exchange filing.
The company has a strong position in the worldwide automotive forgings market, particularly in the field for commercial vehicles' chassis and engine components.
According to experts, the company's revenue growth and diversification possibilities are also expected to be aided by favorable demand forecasts and new orders, particularly in the aersospace and defence sectors.
