BHEL pays final dividend for FY 2022-23 to Govt. of India

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has disbursed a final dividend of INR 88 Crore for the fiscal year 2022-23 to the Government of India. The cheque representing the final dividend for the government's equity holding of 63.17% was handed over to Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Hon’ble Union Minister of Heavy Industries by Dr. Nalin Shinghal, Chairman and Managing Director of BHEL. 

 

This event was graced by the presence of Sh. Kamran Rizvi, Secretary (HI), along with directors from BHEL's board and senior officials from the Ministry of Heavy Industries. Notably, the total dividend paid to the company's shareholders for FY 2022-23 stands at over INR 139 Crore.

 

BHEL's commitment to rewarding its shareholders reflects the company's strong financial performance and dedication to creating value for its investors. The final dividend further strengthens BHEL's position as a cornerstone in India's heavy industries sector and underscores its significant contribution to the nation's economic growth.
