DLF Ventures Rs 3,400 Crore in Noida IT Block and Data Centre

Real estate giant DLF has unveiled the DLF Techpark in Noida's Sector 143, marking an investment of Rs 3,400 crore. The sprawling 25-acre facility boasts a potential built-up area of nearly four million square feet. Presently, around 1.2 million square feet has been utilized, primarily housing an IT block and data centers.

Strategically located, the project sits within a 45-minute drive from the upcoming Noida International Airport and is a mere 700 meters from the nearest metro station.

DLF has successfully secured pre-commitments for 4.5 lakh square feet across the first two operational structures. This includes a state-of-the-art IT block and a data center, collectively spanning approximately four lakh square feet. Notably, the data center has been custom-built for a specific client, while the IT block has already garnered nearly 70 percent commitments.

Additionally, the Noida data center has garnered further commitments from the same firm for an additional 3.7 lakh square feet, presently under construction.
