Glenmark Life Sciences declares interim dividend of Rs 22.50 per equity share

On Monday, Glenmark Life Science disclosed an interim dividend for its investors for FY24 at Rs 22.50 per equity share of Rs 2 each. 

On October 23, 2023, the interim will be paid to qualifying stockholders. Tuesday, October 17, 2023, will serve as the record date for calculating the list of investors entitled for the interim dividend.

“This is to inform you that the Board of Directors (“Board") of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. October 09, 2023, inter-alia, declared Interim Equity Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of Rs 22.50/- per equity share of Rs 2 each," said the company in its stock exchange filing after the board meeting.

“The interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or after October 23, 2023,” added the filing.

On Monday, Glenmark Life Science stock experienced a 0.06% decline.
