Indian Oil Corp forms JV with NTPC Green Energy

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has incorporated the Joint Venture Company with NTPC Green Energy Limited, (a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited) named IndianOil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited on June 02, 2023, the company said.

According to the filing, IndianOil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited will develop Renewable Energy based power projects (viz. Solar PV, Wind, any other RE, Energy Storage or any combination of same), to meet the Round the Clock (RTC) power requirements of new projects of IndianOil Refineries.

On Monday afternoon trade, Indian Oil Corporation was trading at Rs89.08 per share lower by 0.81% on the BSE.
