Infosys and Temasek strengthen Digital Venture with 5-Year extension

Infosys has confirmed a five-year extension of its joint venture (JV) collaboration with Temasek, reinforcing their shared commitment to driving impactful digital transformation and investing in digital talent in Singapore. The Infosys-Temasek joint venture, known as Infosys Compaz, will continue its work with major corporations in Southeast Asia, guiding them through digital transformation endeavors. 

 

The venture harnesses profound technological proficiency in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and automation. This extension underscores the confidence and mutual goals of both entities in advancing digital solutions.

 

Furthermore, Infosys has announced the appointment of Nitin Paranjpe as an additional independent director, effective January 1, 2024, for a term of five years. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, subject to shareholder approval. Nitin Paranjpe's appointment aligns with Infosys' ongoing efforts to bolster its board with experienced and accomplished professionals, further contributing to the company's strategic growth initiatives.
