Infosys completes acquisition of Danske Bank’s IT Centre

Information technology giant Infosys stated that it had successfully acquired the Indian IT facility of Danske Bank. 

 

After announcing a strategic partnership with Infosys on June 26, 2023, Danske Bank has chosen Infosys as a key partner to advance digital transformation objectives quickly and at scale.

 

With its headquarters in Denmark, Danske Bank offers banking services to small- and large-scale businesses, institutions, and private individuals. Infosys was selected by Danske Bank as a strategic partner in an effort to speed up the bank's technological transformation, maximise its access to people and expertise, and advance the development of customer-facing digital solutions. 

 

According to the corporation, this partnership will aid Danske Bank in achieving its strategic goals of improved client experiences, operational excellence, and a modernised IT environment driven by next-generation technologies.

 

Over 1,400 specialists work at the Danske Bank IT centre in India. By boosting the bank's IT operations and capabilities with Infosys Topaz, an AI-first suite of services, solutions, and platforms, experience design, and operational support services, Infosys will accelerate the bank's digital agenda through its worldwide expertise and industry solutions.
