Kilburn Engineering secures orders worth Rs. 37.38Cr

Kilburn Engineering Ltd. has successfully secured a series of orders totaling Rs. 37.38 crore. These orders encompass a diverse range of products and services, highlighting the company's versatile capabilities. 

 

The notable orders include a significant Rs. 68.60 crore contract for the supply of rotary calciners with accessories, intended for the production of intermediates used in active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). Additionally, the company received an order valued at Rs. 1.65 crore for a vibrating fluid bed dryer tailored for the Tea Industry.

 

Further, Kilburn Engineering clinched contracts for various other equipment, including fluidized bed dryers (Rs. 3.40 crore), paddle dryers and coolers (Rs. 8.62 crore), as well as spares and service orders (Rs. 0.47 crore). This diverse portfolio showcases the company's proficiency in catering to multiple industries.

 

Kilburn Engineering specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions for process plants, particularly in the chemical and petrochemical sectors. With a focus on solid, liquid, and gas drying systems, the company has established itself as an industry leader. Additionally, Kilburn offers comprehensive solutions for sectors such as tea, fertilizer, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals, demonstrating its wide-ranging expertise.

 

In the quarter ending December 2022, the company reported a standalone net profit of Rs. 7.50 crore, a significant improvement from the net loss of Rs. 0.79 crore in the preceding quarter. This positive performance is indicative of Kilburn Engineering's sustained growth trajectory. Sales also saw an impressive surge, rising by 130.20% to reach Rs. 53.82 crore in Q3 FY23 compared to Rs. 23.38 crore in Q3 FY22.
