KIMS Gets Nod on Expansion of 350-bed at PES, Bengaluru

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences on Thursday, May 30 said its subsidiary KIMS Hospital has entered into a lease agreement to establish a 350-bed superspecialty hospital at the Peoples Education Society (PES) in Bengaluru.

Under the agreement, KIMS will manage all aspects of the hospital, including billing, revenue collection, and expense management, and will retain all net profits from the hospital's operations.

The 25-year-old agreement allows KIMS Hospital Bengaluru to lease the land and hospital building from PES. Additionally, KIMS Hospital will oversee PES’s operations exclusively.

Peoples Education Society or PES is a renowned educational institution, in the process of setting up a medical college and teaching hospital at its electronic city campus.
