L&T Construction bags orders for its Buildings & Factories Business

The Buildings and Factories (B&F) Business of L&T Construction has recently secured EPC orders in India. The order won significant orders in the range of Rs 1000 to 2500 crore, the company said in the filing. 

The Business has secured orders from a reputed developer to construct Commercial Towers at two locations in Mumbai. 

Tallest Commercial Building in India (300.05m high): 

The scope of the work includes four-level basements and 2 towers of 70 floors & 50 floors respectively with a combined BUA of 3.4 million Sqft. The towers are to be done in forty months. 

Large Commercial Building of 5.1 million Sqft: 

The scope of the work includes four-level basements and 2 Towers of 19 floors each with a combined BUA of 5.1 million Sqft. The towers are to be done in thirty-five months.
