L&T Tech partner with Palo Alto Networks
L&T Technology Services, a global engineering services company, has formed a partnership with Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity, to offer comprehensive security solutions for Operations Technology (OT) in various industrial sectors. As part of the agreement, LTTS will become a Managed Security Services Partner (MSSP) for Palo Alto Networks, providing a range of security services to customers in industrial verticals. LTTS' security offerings encompass 5G, OT, and IT/OT Converged SOC services.
Through this collaboration, LTTS aims to assist customers in addressing security risks in their OT environments by delivering top-notch security solutions. The partnership will enable LTTS to offer a managed service solution for Palo Alto Networks' Zero Trust OT Security, allowing customers to outsource the management of their OT security to LTTS. Palo Alto Networks' Zero Trust OT Security provides comprehensive visibility and AI/ML-powered security for OT assets, networks, 5G-connected assets, and remote operations.
Additionally, the partnership between LTTS and Palo Alto Networks aims to deliver comprehensive 5G-Native Security solutions that leverage AI and ML technologies to combat advanced cyber threats in the OT environment. This collaboration will provide scalable and real-time security measures for 5G networks, empowering customers with enhanced visibility and control over their network slices, private networks, and multi-access edge computing.
LTTS has demonstrated expertise in designing robust IoT/OT and IT security converged project execution capabilities for over a decade. Following the merger of L&T's Smart World and Communication (SWC) with LTTS, the company has further strengthened its security offerings with Security Operations Centers (SoC), SoC-as-a-Service, Managed SOC services, and Cyber Security Advisory services. The joint team will support global customers with 24x7 monitoring capabilities through SoCs while addressing the demands of the global cybersecurity market by providing OT cybersecurity and product security credentials.
