Lemon Tree Hotels Inks New Property Agreement in Jharkhand

On Monday, July 15, Lemon Tree Hotels announced that it has finalised a franchise deal for a new hotel in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Lemon Tree Hotels will franchise the hotel, which is anticipated to debut in the financial year 2025. Lemon Tree Hotels, Ranchi will have 45 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, banquet halls, conference rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness facility, and other public spaces.

 

The hotel is easily accessible from all major Indian cities by public and private transportation. It has 42 well-appointed rooms, Slounge - a hip leisure bar, Republic of Noodles - an award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant, a function hall, a well-equipped fitness facility, and other public areas. 

 

The company's consolidated net profit fell 11.43% to Rs 35.40 crore in Q3 FY24, despite a 23.60% growth in revenue from operations to Rs 288.69 crore vs Q3 FY23.
