LTIMindtree closes branch office in Norway as part of rationalization

LTIMindtree, in adherence to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has officially deregistered and closed its branch office in Norway. This move took effect on October 5, 2023, and is part of the company's broader strategy to rationalize its entities.

The closure of the branch office does not signify LTIMindtree's departure from the Norwegian market. The company continues to maintain its presence in Norway through its subsidiary, LTIMindtree Norge AS.

This strategic decision reflects LTIMindtree's ongoing efforts to optimize its operations and organizational structure. The closure of the branch office aligns with the company's commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and focusing on core business objectives.
