Macrotech Developers sales bookings up 17% to Rs 3,350 crore in Apr-June quarter

In the first quarter of this fiscal year, real estate developer Macrotech Developers recorded a 17% increase in sales bookings at Rs 3,350 crore, primarily due to stronger home demand. Property worth Rs 2,860 worth of sales was made by Macrotech Developers, which sells homes under the Lodha brand. 

Macrotech Developers stated in a regulatory filing that the business had recorded its best-ever first-quarter pre-sales performance at Rs 33.5 billion (Rs 3,350 crore), representing a rise of 17% on a yearly basis.

Macrotech Developers Ltd is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and Bengaluru are all home to its real estate projects.
