Mahindra Auto achieves Record-Breaking Sales in October 2023

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), a leading player in India's automotive sector, has reported remarkable sales figures for October 2023. The company recorded its highest-ever SUV sales, with 43,708 vehicles, marking an impressive 36% growth. Additionally, Mahindra achieved an all-time high total volume of 80,679 vehicles in the same period.

In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra secured the top spot for the fourth consecutive month, selling 43,708 vehicles in the domestic market, reflecting a 36% surge. Including exports, the total number of vehicles sold amounted to 44,264. The Commercial Vehicles category also witnessed a milestone, with domestic sales reaching an all-time high of 25,715 units.

Veejay Nakra, President, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., expressed his satisfaction with the outstanding performance, emphasizing that both SUVs and CVs attained record-breaking volumes for the third month in a row. He anticipates sustained growth momentum in November, acknowledging that certain supply-related challenges will be closely monitored.
