Mastek signs a definitive agreement to acquire US-based BizAnalytica

Mastek, a Leading Digital Engineering & Cloud Transformation Partner, announced its official agreement to purchase Boston, USA-based BizAnalytica, a leading provider of data cloud and modernization solutions. The strategic purchase will improve Mastek's data services and generative AI capabilities on a worldwide scale and give it access to a competent group of data scientists and architects.

In the regulatory filing, the company said this strategic alliance with top cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS are a standout feature of BizAnalytica’s portfolio, furthering the company’s dominance in the industry.

BizAnalytica, which was founded in 2017, provides full-service data modernization and cloud solutions, including architectural design, system integration, data transfer, automation, management, warehousing, and analytics. 

The company's expertise empowers enterprises to make intelligent, data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth, the company said.
