NBCC (India) bags Rs 207 crore order from Puducherry PWD

Shares of NBCC India rallied on Thursday's session after the company won a Rs 207.92 crore order from PWD Puducherry.

The order is for providing comprehensive design, engineering and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services Puducherry for planning, designing and execution of disable accessible platform along roads, iconic cycle track, remodelling sewage system, recycled water network transmission and providing tertiary treatment plant works for Public Works Department, Puducherry, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Further, the time period by which the order is to be executed is yet to be decided and the nature of order carries project management consultancy, the company added.

At 1:02 PM, shares of the company were trading 1.4% higher at Rs 38.65 on the BSE.
