NBCC wins Rs 150 crore order
NBCC (India) secured a work order of Rs 150 crore from the Khadi & Village Industries Commission.
The order covers the planning, designing, and implementation of forthcoming projects, including the construction of office buildings, and residential campuses, and the redevelopment, repair, and renovation of KVIC properties across India.
The period for carrying out the aforementioned order has not yet been determined.
Last week, the company inked a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Steel (MoS) of the Government of India, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), and National Land Monetization Corp. Ltd. (NLMC) for the monetization of RINL's non-core assets in Vishakhapatnam.

Additionally, the company received an Rs 180 crore order from SAIL for consulting and project management services for forthcoming infrastructure-related projects at the plant, township, mines, and collieries of Bokaro Steel Limited.
The company received a Rs 2,000 crore order earlier this month from the Kerala State Housing Board for the building of a 17.9-acre land parcel near Kochi's Marine Drive.
Additionally, the company received an order from the Indian Medical Association in August for the planning, design, and execution of the IMA House in Indraprastha, New Delhi, totaling Rs 66.32 crore.
