Reliance Industries and Oberoi Hotels partner to co-manage three hospitality projects

On Thursday, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) announced that it had entered into an agreement with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts (Oberoi) to operate three properties together in India and the UK.

The three properties include Anant Vilas Hotel in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), a planned project in Gujarat, and Stoke Park in the UK, according to information provided in the press release.

Anant Vilas was designed as the first metro-centric property and is situated in BKC, a place having a mix of commercial, residential, hotel, arts & cultural, and educational uses.

Sports and leisure amenities are owned by Stoke Park Ltd, a subsidiary of RIL, in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire. A hotel, sports facilities, and a golf course are among the amenities. Oberoi will now work with RIL to expand Stoke Park's facilities in a significant way.

The unnamed project in Gujarat, which is currently being implemented, intends to increase the state's tourist potential.
