Snowman logistics’ promoter Gateway Distriparks acquired 0.66% stake in the logistics company

Snowman Logistics' promoter, Gateway Distriparks, acquired 11 lakh shares, or 0.66% of the company, at an average price of Rs 53.36 per share.

Gateway owned 41.75% of the company as of June 2023. Previously, in June 2023, Gateway purchased 14 lakh more shares in the logistics company via open market transactions at an average price of Rs 43.32 per share.

Snowman Logistics is a prominent integrated "temperature-controlled" logistics company that also provides warehousing and distribution services. It operates warehouses in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai.
