Suzlon Secures 551 MW Order from Aditya Birla Group
Suzlon Group on Wednesday won a new, 551.25 MW order for its 3 MW Wind Turbine series from the Aditya Birla Group. The order is to be executed across two sites – the first part 368.55 MW will be developed by Suzlon in Rajasthan's Barmer district, while the remaining 182.7 MW will be developed in Gujarat's Bhuj district.

The project is expected to provide electricity to nearly 4.54 lakh households and curb 17.92 lakh tonnes of Carbon Dioxide emissions per year.
The wind turbine generators along with a hybrid lattice tubular tower will have a rated capacity of 3.15 MW at each site.
