Virinchi Limited purchases land plot in Hyderabad following SEBI regulations

Virinchi Limited has recently purchased a plot of land along with an old building situated in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This purchase has been made under the regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2021. 

The plot measures up to 1290 square yards and will be utilized for the development of the company's own corporate office.

It is important to note that the seller is a third party who does not belong to the Promoter/Promoter Group Companies and this transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions. 

It is also worth mentioning that none of the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons, and/or their relative(s) have any interest, whether directly or indirectly, in the aforesaid matter.
