Yatra Online IPO to make its debut today

Today will see the listing of Yatra Online's first public offering (IPO) i.e. September 28, 2023. On September 14, the IPO began accepting subscribers, and it ended on September 20. On the final day of its subscription, the original shares received 1.61 times as many subscriptions.

According to information from the National Stock Exchange, 4,98,92,325 shares of the 7,75 crore initial share sale received bids compared to the 3,09,42,356 shares that were offered.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Thursday, September 28, 2023, the equity shares of Yatra Online Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B ' Group of Securities”, the Bombay Stock Exchange said in a circular ahead of the listing.

The price band of the issue has been fixed at ₹142 per equity shares.

On September 14, the company had said it has mobilised ₹348.75 crore from anchor investors.

Up to 150 crore rupees in proceeds from the fresh issuance would be used for strategic investments, acquisitions, and inorganic development, and up to 392 crore rupees will be used for investments in customer acquisition and retention, technology, and other organic growth efforts.
