- Subsequently, the Company name got changed to 'Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 8, 2023 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Ravindra Dilip Dhareshivkar and Mustak Basirbhai Odiya are the Company Promoters to monitor the strategic as well as day to day business operations.
