Bajaj Electricals Limited, in compliance with the observation letters issued by stock exchanges regarding the Scheme of Arrangement with Bajel Projects Limited, has announced that Bajel has been awarded a service contract by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The contract, valued at INR 97.65 crores, is a significant development for Bajel and represents a notable addition to its portfolio.

The contract, awarded by the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, pertains to the supply of service contract for the construction of 2 nos. of 765kV line bays at Sikar II for Sikar II - Bhadla II 765kV line, associated with the Transmission Scheme for the evacuation of power from Solar Energy Zones in Rajasthan (8.1 GW) under Phase II-Part
