AccelerateBS India allots 12.89 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

AccelerateBS India has allotted 12,89,280 equity shares under bonus issue of 3:5 on 13 September 2024.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3438080 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
