Britannia Industries announced that Avijit Deb (DIN: 00047233), Dr. Ajai Puri (DIN : 02631587) and Keki Dadiseth (DIN:00052165) have retired upon completion of their term as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company on 11 August 2024.
