Dr Lal Pathlabs allots 93,900 equity shares under ESOP

Dr Lal Pathlabs has allotted 93,900 equity shares under Dr. Lal PathLabs Employee Stock Option Plan, 2022.

Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company increased to Rs 83,57,42,520/- divided into 8,35,74,252 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
