JM Financial allots 14,495 equity shares under ESOS

JM Financial has allotted 14,495 equity shares under ESOS on 16 August 2024. Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 95,57,53737/- representing 95,57,53,737 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each.
