PNB Housing Finance allots 81,940 equity shares under ESOP

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 81,940 equity shares under ESOP on 24 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 2,59,84,28,510 consisting of 25,98,42,851 number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
