Rajoo Engineers allots 6.15 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Rajoo Engineers has allotted 6,15,04,574 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:1 on 09 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 12,30,09,148 equity shares of Re 1 each.
