- The Company is a manufacturer of cold rolled stainless sections for wagon manufactures and other public sector units.
- Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing Cold Rolled Forming (CRF) products, including Railway Wagon Parts and Components, Sheet Piles, and Structures used in infrastructure. Subsequently, the CRF division located at Ajabnagar, in Singur District of West Bengal, was acquired under 100% management control from Cosmic Ferro Alloys Limited through a going concern basis via Business Transfer Agreement on January 19, 2022.
- The Company commenced their business operations effective on September 7, 2022.
- Now, the unit manufactures a range of cold rolled stainless sections, such as fabricated items for railway, coach & wagons, cold rolled formed items for wagons and coaches, cold rolled formed items for infra companies and EPC projects and products for roadways and national highway.
