- Further, Company converted into Public Limited Company and renamed it as 'Gretex Corporate Services Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Limited Company dated May 12, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
