Himadri Speciality Chemical allots 1.07 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Himadri Speciality Chemical has allotted 1,07,090 equity shares under ESOP on 29 August 2024. Consequently, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 49,36,22,224 consisting of 49,36,22,224 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
