- Subsequently, Company converted into a public limited from private limited, to which the name of the Company has changed from SK Minerals & Additives Private Limited' to SK Minerals & Additives Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh on December 17, 2024. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Chemicals & Animal feed Supplements.
