- KSR Footwear Limited was incorporated on August 22, 2023, at Kolkata as a public limited company and was granted the certificate of incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
- Prior to the effectiveness of the Scheme, Company was a Wholly-owned subsidiary of Khadim India Limited.
- Now, the Company has become subsidiary of Khadim Development Company Private Limited. A Scheme of Arrangement was entered into between Khadim India Limited (KIL) and the Company, which provided for inter alia the Demerger of the Distribution business of KIL into the Company.
- Pursuant to the Scheme, the Distribution business of Khadim India Limited got demerged into the Company and the Hon'ble NCLT sanctioned the Scheme on March 27, 2025.
- The Scheme was operative from April 1, 2025 and became effective on May 1, 2025.
