The Company came up with a pubic issue of 10,92,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 2.51 crore in June 2016. Mr. Pritesh Y Shah, the founder Promoter of the Company, had started this business as sole proprietor of Yash Chem in 1990.
