Eligibility Criteria for Choosing Stock Holdings
Following are the eligibility criteria for choosing the stock holdings:
- Firms must be included in the Nifty 500 list during the evaluation period.
- Businesses should be included in the Real Estate Sector.
- The business's trading activity must exceed 90% over the past half-year.
- The business must maintain a listing history of at least one month as of the specified date.
- The ultimate selection of 10 businesses will be determined by the market capitalisation of the companies' free-float shares.
- The nifty realty weightage in the index is determined by its free-float market capitalization, ensuring that no one stock can hold more than 33% of the total value. Additionally, the combined value of the top three stocks cannot exceed 62% when the index is rebalanced.
