- Subsequently, Company was converted to a Public Limited Company and the name was changed from to 'HP Telecom India Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 26, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company in March, 2011, initially engaged in the trading of mobile phones and accessories.
- Under the mentorship of its promoters, Mr. Vijay Yadav, Mrs. Seema Yadav,and Bharatlal Lalsingh Singh, the Company secured exclusive distribution rights for brands such as Sony LED TVs and Mobiles and other mobile brands, for the different Regions of Gujarat during the year 2014-15.
