  • The Company is mainly engaged in 'Infrastructure and Support Services Activities' catering to Indian Customers.
  • RIIL has its operations in the Mumbai and the Rasayani regions of Maharashtra, Surat and Jamnagar belts of Gujarat as also at other places in India. Certificate of Commencement of business of the company was obtained on 4th January of the year 1989 and commenced its commercial operations in the year of 1992.
  • The name of the company was changed from Chembur Patalganga Pipelines Limited to CPPL Limited in September of the same year 1992 and thereafter to its present name Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited in March of the year 1994.
