The MFL business of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited was demerged from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited into the Company as a going concern on March 27, 2025 through the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger and the Scheme became effective on May 1, 2025.
