- Aditya Infotech Limited was incorporated as Perfect Lucky Goldstar International Limited' at New Delhi, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated March 27, 1995 issued by the RoC and commenced its business pursuant to a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated April 21, 1995.
