- Upon the conversion of our Company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board dated October 19, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders dated November 13, 2024, the name of our Company was changed from Advance Agrolife Private Limited' to Advance Agrolife Limited ' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 04, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
