- Thereafter, the name of Company changed to GA Solutions Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 16, 2012 was issued to Company by the RoC. Again, the name was changed to Crizac Private Limited', dated December 15, 2023, by the RoC. The status of the Company was made Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to Crizac Limited' pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC on February 13, 2024.
